Our Functional Medicine approach is based on 5 essential components working together. We call these our 5 Pillars of Health. These pillars are designed and integrated with one another to achieve maximum results.

The first pillar is Labs/Diagnostics. It is critical for us to first identify what imbalances or deficiencies are currently sabotaging your health so we know exactly what YOU need support with.

The second pillar is Detoxification, or detox for short. A structured detox program allows the body to flush toxins that have been stored for years and unknowingly impacting your health.

The third pillar is Nutrition. Identifying your ideal long-term nutrition plan is extremely important to restoring proper bodily function.

The fourth pillar is Fitness. An individualized fitness plan promotes building and maintaining lean muscle mass to improve not only your physical capabilities, but also your general well-being.

The fifth pillar is Mentorship. We view mentorship as the “glue” that holds everything else together while you achieve your health goals. We provide mentorship through individual Health Coach visits and Practitioner visits where the focus is all about helping you reclaim your health and your life!
